HEAD SHOT


Mezzo-Soprano Michelle Mitsui née Vezzoli has been working in the Chicago music scene since 2004. She is member of the St. Cecilia Choir of St. John Cantius Church and the William Ferris Chorale. She has also performed with the Grant Park Chorus, Opera in the Ozarks, the Lira Ensemble, the Bach & Beethoven Ensemble, the DuPage Opera and the Lincoln Chamber Players. She won first prize in the Leonora LiPuma Italian Vocal Scholarship Contest in 2006 and the Nicholas Raimondi Scholarship the following year. She is the assistant director of the Holy Innocents Children's Choir of St. John Cantius Church.
